Tiny Houses.

I’m obsessed with tiny houses. Having a tiny house means you have less of an environmental footprint, a simpler lifestyle, the opportunity to more easily build your own home, smaller bills, the possibility of moving your home (I imagine living in New England from spring-fall and moving south for the winter, which would also save on heating bills), less unused material stuff is able to accumulate, and they are cheap! Tiny houses range from about 50 square feet to 900 square feet and cost roughly between $10,000 and $60,000 to build. My plan is to save up some money to buy a plot of land where I can build a tiny house to live in and perhaps a separate tiny house that would serve as an art/music studio.

You can buy plans for tiny houses from Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, which is what I will probably end up doing.
