If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.

Lao Tzu

I no longer agree to treat myself with disrespect. Every time a self-critical thought comes to mind, I will forgive the Judge and follow this comment with words of praise, self-acceptance, and love.

Miguel Ruiz

To see the earth as it truly is, small and blue and beautiful in that eternal silence where it floats, is to see ourselves as riders on the earth together, brothers on that bright loveliness in the eternal cold-brothers who know now they are truly brothers.

Archibald MacLeish

Art comes from and is realized in a place before language, outside of the discursive mind. It shares this place, the place of emptiness, with Buddhist meditation practices.

Alice laughed: “There’s no use trying,” she said; “one can’t believe impossible things.”
“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.

Ocean is blissful.
Trees are divine.
Rocks are enlightened.
So are we.
Who is still searching…
for what?

It’s all like a dream. Everything is ecstasy, inside. We just don’t know it because of our thinking-minds. But in our true blissful essence of mind is known that everything is alright forever and forever and forever. Close your eyes, let your hands and nerve-ends drop, stop breathing for 3 seconds, listen to the silence inside the illusion of the world, and you will remember the lesson you forgot, which was taught in immense milky way soft cloud innumerable worlds long ago and not even at all. It is all one vast awakened thing. I call it the golden eternity. It is perfect. We were never really born, we will never really die. It has nothing to do with the imaginary idea of a personal self, other selves, many selves everywhere: Self is only an idea, a mortal idea. That which passes into everything is one thing. It’s a dream already ended. There’s nothing to be afraid of and nothing to be glad about. I know this from staring at mountains months on end. They never show any expression, they are like empty space. Do you think the emptiness of space will ever crumble away? Mountains will crumble, but the emptiness of space, which is the one universal essence of mind, the vast awakenerhood, empty and awake, will never crumble away because it was never born.

Jack Kerouac

Our destination is never a place but rather a new way of looking at things.

Henry Miller

Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it

Roald Dahl

It’s hard to believe that you are all that is! You are the only thing in existence. You are god. There is no self and other. This is an illusion you are experiencing, which you’ve created. This doesn’t mean others are insignificant. No, actually the opposite. There are no others. Others are you. When you are coming from enlightened mind, you have nothing but compassion and love for others, for they are You. Most “others” are suffering because when they look at you they do not see themselves, but they will eventually. If you do not see your Self when you look at “others”, you will eventually. Maybe you already have, and maybe you have forgotten. You’ll remember again. It’s your destiny to remember yourself in all of your glory.
